The following charts will show you our direct to you prices for our double hungs. Please see our "How to Measure" page to obtain the United Inch size for the windows you are interested in. A United Inch is the width + height of the window. A 36 inch wide by 38 inch high window would be 74 United Inches.

Installation is available with our factory installers. Installation includes capping of the window, caulking of the window and removal of construction debris. Bow and Bay installations depend on the size, and whether or not you would like a roof added. Click here to download our installation pricelist in PDF format
Unfortunately due to increaseing prices from our suppliers, we have had to raise our prices effective September 22, 2008.
