All of our double-hung windows come with
the following features at no extra cost.
Rigid PVC vinyl construction with multiple dead air chambers to
maximize insulation.
Both sashes have dual fin weather stripping, creating a superior seal
and easy operation. The double hung series features a sash interlock to minimize
infiltration at the meeting rail.
Pocket sill for added protection against unwanted air infiltration. The
Econo-Therm double hung features a slope sill with a bulb seal on the bottom of the lift
rail.
Manufactured with 3/4" double insulated glass (many other glass
options are available including triple glazing, LowE2 glass and inert gas filling with
warm edge technology.)
Spring loaded, self locking, tilt-in latches to allow both inserts to
tilt in for easy cleaning.
Double intrusion cam locks, and for added security, vent position night
stops.
All double hungs use block and tackle balances for smooth operation.
Windows are supplied with half screens. Full screens are available as
an option.
All Air-Chek windows carry the same 25 year warranty.
The Econo-Therm line is for the consumer on a budget. It is a reasonably priced window
which doesn't sacrifice Air-Chek's trademark quality construction or features. The frame
is mechanical (screwed together) and the sashes are fusion welded on our computerized
Actual four point welder. The Econo-Therm double hung screen has fiberglass mesh and uses
a rolled aluminum screen. The screen uses two pull tabs for easy operation. The
Econo-Therm double hung uses 4 block and tackle balances for smooth operation. The sill is
a slope sill and the bottom sash employs a bulb seal along the bottom of the sash to block
out unwanted air infiltration. The sashes also have flush mounted tilt latches. The
Econo-Therm line is available in double hungs only.

The Maxi-Weld line features state of the art fusion welded sashes and frame. Other
added features of the Maxi-Weld double hung are block and tackle balances and balance
covers. The Maxi-Weld line is available with integral nailing fin for new construction.
The Maxi-Weld series of windows has been our most popular window over the years and has
become known in the industry as "The Builders' Choice." The Maxi-Weld line is available in double hungs, picture windows,
dead-lites, and sliders.

The Ultra is our top of the line series. It is comprised of a 3 1/4" thick
thermally fused master frame and welded sashes. This type of construction virtually
eliminates water and air infiltration and assures overall durability. It's beautiful
beveled profile enhances it's overall exterior appearance, and the sill is a pocket sill.
This series can be ordered with extension jambs, brick mold or nailing fin for new
construction.
The Ultra factoryline is available in white, beige, or white exterior with an
oakwood veneer on the interior. We can also paint the exterior of the Ultra window with a
specially formulated coating that actually bonds with the substrate and will not chip,
crack, fade or peel. Our standard paint colors are bronze, brown, grey, beige and
terratone. We also can match any color desired.

Our Casement window series permits 100% ventilation which is twice as much our double
hungs. Concealed hinges and operator hardware gives the casement a clean look and allows a
full 90o opening for more ventilation and easy cleaning from inside the home.
The screen is mounted from the inside, staying clean longer and is easily removed when
desired. As with our Ultra series, our casement windows have a beveled frame. The frames
and sashes are fully welded and options such as nailing fin, brick mold, and extension
jambs are also available.
The Casement and Awning line is available in white, beige, and
white exterior with an oakwood veneer interior. Casement and Awning may also have the
exterior painted with our Kolorbond Coating system.
